FinFort Infotech LLP hereinafter referred as ‘FinFort’ is committed to respecting your privacy while using our website. This Privacy Policy lists the manner in which your data or information is collected and used by FinFort in the course of your use of FinFort’s website and business applications and availing the services provided by FinFort. Please note that the term SPDI does not include any information that is freely available or accessible in public domain or furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005.


THE INFORMATION FINFORT COLLECTS:


FinFort collects your Personal Information, including SPDI, on behalf of Banks, Financial or other institutions (“Service Providers”), which you have approached for obtaining services like loans, cash credit limits, policies etc. (“Service Requests”) and shares such information directly or after processing, with such Service Providers.



FinFort will not collect any SPDI or other Personal Information, while you access its business applications or for the purposes of the processing a Service Request, without your consent.


However, please note that while accessing certain sections of the FinFort website or applications such as Careers, Contact Us and Sign In, you may also be required to provide certain Personal Information for FinFort to process the corresponding Service Request.


Depending on the type and settings of your browser, cookies may be accepted by default. You may change the settings of your browser to delete existing cookies or prevent future cookies from being automatically accepted. If you disable or reject cookies, certain parts and functions of our website may not be available.

Finfort shall, upon receipt of instructions from the Service Provider, comply with the instructions including deletion of such SPDI or Personal Information, which is in its possession. Due to the nature of services being rendered, any withdrawal of consent regarding the use of SPDI or Personal Information must be taken up with the Service Provider.


FinFort will take all reasonable measures to ensure that whenever it collects any SPDI from you, (a) you are informed about the collection of such information and (b) the purpose for which the information is being collected;


THE INFORMATION FINFORT SHARES


FinFort does not share your Personal Information with third parties for marketing purposes without seeking your prior permission. FinFort will seek your consent prior to using or sharing Personal Information for any purpose other than processing of Service Requests.


FinFort may further share your Personal Information within FinFort or with any of its business partners, technology service providers, authorized third-party agents, or contractors located in any part of the world for the purposes of data processing, storage, or to provide a requested service or transaction, after ensuring that such entities are contractually bound by data privacy obligations. By providing your consent for collection of SPDI in relation to a Service Request, you are also consenting to such transfer. In the event that your Personal Information is stored on any server outside India and/or with any entity outside India, the security measures with regard to such information will be in accordance with the laws of such country. However, FinFort will take reasonable contractual measures to ensure that such entity provides at least the same level of data protection as required under Indian laws.


When required, FinFort may disclose Personal Information to external law enforcement bodies or regulatory authorities, in order to comply with legal obligations.
